probably yes,even we dont see where is the end of the hose.

dampers in Fiesta are Reigers. Rear brake cooling ducts are quite important, all fiesta 4wd rally cars had problems with rear brakes cooling, especially on gravel. Judging on how mechanics look like on pictures it was busy for them:)
