WHY DO YOU PARTICIPATE IN SUCH A DANGEROUS SPORT? We have all been asked that before

Everyone who participates in motorsport has been asked that question, and for everyone who participates, we know the revitalizing effects that riding/driving has on our minds, body and wellbeing. Having raced for 15 years it has become a massive part of my life and health.

There is limited research looking at the positive effects of participating in motorsport but we all live and feel it. Let have an answer for those who say, 'but why do you participate in such a dangerous sport?'
