The bad news we just received: Simos Galatariotis unfortunately excluded from the race and the overall ranking of Cyprus Rally!
According to ERC regulations as well as Cyprus Rally shortly after the prizes were awarded, cars and teams had to return to the parc ferme in Larnaca. Unfortunately perhaps the enthusiasm or perhaps the tiredness of the team was forgotten and headed straight to the Nicosia service park. There he was told that he was excluded from the race under the rules! His name has already been removed from the official classification of the race, see here.
