Any expert here that can see if the saturday traffic jam is also now potential thing? Last year we had a standstill in a way to Jyväskyla for 3 hours. In a main big road.

It's a good idea to avoid the Road 9 during Saturday. You can access Jyväskylä through the roads 23 and 604, for example. Might a bit longer, but could be a lot faster.
Another possible traffic jam is in the middle of Friday, when all spectators are moving from East to West of Jyväskylä. You might want to try the Kärkinen bridge near the Oittila stage or then use a route on the North side of Jyväskylä.
+1 Spectators from Ruuhimäki 2 to the afternoon loop (Humalamäki etc.) should create the biggest traffic jam of the championship. :D
Saturday during the day traffic to Jyväskylä should be quite ok but in the 2nd loop it will be a mess with many spectators going to Laajavuori. Also the road from Jämsä to Kuhmoinen will be very busy, with many spectators combining Pihlajakoski and Arvaja.
On sunday between Oittila and Laajavuori there could be a lot of traffic too. There's 2 hours between the stages and a theoretical drive of 50 minutes, so a lot of people will try, nearly all through the same road.
Looking at this years route you will definitely need a plan b maybe even c if you plan on moving around , a good recce will be required, as Anttil states sometimes the longer route is the faster option.
Looking at the passes for this event. Rally pass €85 and City pass €65?? Does both these passes have to be purchased or do the rally pass (€85) cover all?

Indeed, the price goes up every year, but even now it's still OK. With all the €5 parking tickets, it's well over 100 euros for the entry. But - if you compare, music festivals (2-3 days) are well over 150 euros nowadays, single artist shows close to 100 euros, theater and opera tickets 60-80 euros, even movies are 15 euros or more at most cinemas.
