Article in autosport apparently quoting Petter as saying IMG need to confirm position re: electric or VW are out. I suspect that they’re out anyway.

Sorry, didn’t see the other post. Thanks for pointing that out!
Sounds like you disagree with them?
Thing is, their weight might just be heavy enough to scrap the whole thing. Hard to argue with what they are saying.... essentially, if it’s not cost effective, they won’t do it. Can’t see why that doesn’t make sense to you.
I still think that manus leaving is mostly because of VW. Why would teams pouring money in sport if they can't win a single event... Don't blow all on me now.
Rumours that PSRX will build 2 new chassis for next season. The 2017/18 cars will "not be used again"
(??)
In WRC Subaru, Mitsubishi, Skoda, Suzuki, Mini even Ford back off with their support. Sure they blame eonomics but why trying if you can't get the titles. And if VW didn't get into the game there the sport could die. Nobody needs dominating teams and drivers nowhere. It's just boring to watch if you can easily predict the results, like this year in WRX. I watch maybe only one or two events but I'm not missing anything for the rest if only name was VW and Kristoff at the end of each event.
WRC is exciting now and that's what is interesting to watch. I hope it stays close as this for the next years too. Don't care anymore if Ogier wins plenty of titles it's just that needs to be NOT dominating all the time.
