I know it's a broken record, but behind a paywall just isn't going to being in new fans, sponsors, manufacturers. I don't know when they're going to realise this. Stick it on You Tube like lots of series do....

Okay now I'm pretty sure that NRX will be more popular than WRX very soon and FIA will try to make it official championship when they'll realise that.
One of the new lead commentators...

Nick Fellows comes from a skiing background and people don't even like him doing the commentary on the skiing  So many people say that they watch with the sound down or the Eurosport commentary free version.
I really think the paywall idea is going to kill the series in terms of fans, it's already hard enough to build support and I really don't think there are enough fans to hide it behind a paywall, especially not when the format is being switched in terms of commentators. Even though it's quite cheap, I can't watch half of the races live due to other commitments, so I'm just hoping there's highlights or something elsewhere otherwise I'm not watching this season :(
Is this just me or nobody developing the new RX Supercars..?? (The last one would be OMSE & STARD Fiesta Mk8)

Easy answer, isn't it? Money. When the manufacturers were involved there was good money for a high level of development, now that money has gone it's not as easy to develop. Why spend a fortune developing something new when you can buy an old car which is just as good?
These cars have had a limited shelf life ever since the decision to go full electric.
So why spend a shitload of cash on new cars to please no one?
World RX of Germany at the Nürburgring – scheduled to be the second and third rounds of the 2021 FIA World Rallycross Championship – will be postponed to the end of the season due to the ongoing effects of the recent flooding in the region.
