Wet passenger footwell and shut AC

Hello, I’ve been having an issue with my AC not working well for a while now, and a smell of mildew, my dumb ass never checked the passenger side.

I found the passenger side footwell was very damp, and the passenger side AC worked better than drivers side. I’ve taken my passenger seat out and brought the carpet up to dry it out.

Any ideas on what’s causing the AC issue and the dampness in the footwell?
