Over the past few months the behaviour on the forum has left a lot to be desired. The amount of swearing has increased as has the amount of abusive posts.
We have decided to introduce a zero tolerance policy in order to reclaim the forum and stop its downward spiral.
In future, if there are any abusive or insulting posts the person posting the abuse will have an immediate ban.
Swearing on the forum will now incur an infraction.
Hopefully, we will not need to take such action. :)
This forum has gone dead since you annouced this Jooles, but I think it's the only way to get heading back in the right direction. If this forum wants to be an official link to the V8 Trophy/pickup fans for the series, we all need to do a bit of self moderation from now on before forcing the hands of both Jooles and Witty.
They are great people who can have a laugh with the best of them, but they've been entrusted to keep this forum a friendly place for people of all ages, we have a duty to help them with that. From now on it needs to be a bit more "if you have nothing good to say, then don't say anything". I'm not suggesting that differing views can't be aired as that's what a forum is for after all, but it needs to be done in a constructive way.
