I just noticed that Pajari has Meeke's old number.
No mention of a Toyota 2 team, like Pajari used this year?
Hayden Paddon and John Kennard confirmed in Hyundai i20 N Rally1
This is strange also. Paddon also has bitter memory from that crash, when fan/photographer died. I think that this was his momemnt when everything go down for him.
Hyundai will never field 4 cars. At some point I was even thinking that they will not even have 3 cars at all, since they have those strange and unlogical decisions.
But we are happy Paddon is back. It's been so long we have him in WRC the last time. Wish him all the best (good results for team and also for him)
he just have to be in front of fords, then as soon as people will hit trouble he will be p5 at least. he's consistent enough to cruise for it. there's other 2 hiunday to fight forthe top.
Strange too that he's doing the (Monte-prep) National Hivernal du Dévoluy event in the Rally2 car.
Maybe they need him for part test/development role and they want to transition some tech to rally2 car and who knows better their rally2 car than Paddon.

Oliver Solberg has been picked over Takamoto Katsuta to score manufacturer points for Toyota at the WRC season opener.
Toyota has also kept its second manufacturer entry, WRT2, for Sami Pajari.
Yohan Rossel and Nikolay Gryazin are official drivers of Team Lancia Corse HF in the 2026 World Rally Championship, WRC2 category.
They were already announced mid december, so nothing new here.
Only surprise is Chris Ingram entry. Probably hopes to have a good result because off others chrasing out.
That's PH Sport still
It means Lancia are serious about tying their brand to the sport, rather than it all being out of convenience and coincidence.
Why?
