We all agree that the yellow walls at Charlotte look like vomit right?
Yeah, but they are going back to white for the 600. They were only yellow for this race.
didn't see it but it must've of been very distracting for the drivers to see a different color on the walls
the walls were fugly....
but, yes they will be white for the 600
just saw it on ESPN, ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
the yellow looked the crap.
It looked like a Burger King logo on Burtons car from far away, Harvick's car was badass looking
and kyle and Kurt wrecking was too funny
It would be nice if some tracks would paint their walls red and white like you often see at the local short tracks.
Old3Fan is just happy to see a race on TV and I could give a you know what on what the color is.
Ditto.Up until 4am GMT,thank you sopcast.Quote:

I liked the yellow. Had no problem with it.
I quite liked the yellow also.
Off the point but why does phoenix have blue walls?
Same could be asked of Homestead with their bluish-green walls.Quote:

I barely noticed.
Forget the walls.
Another Jr showed up at the Lowes track and was selling moonshine, only this time it was legal. Junior Johnson stated "I've done a lot of things in my life, and my history in the moonshine business is no secret. Back in the old days, we learned to drive cars fast because we'd go to jail if we didn't."
I didn't particulary like the yellow walls or dislike the yellow walls, they were just bright !
I didn't find them distracting but I do prefer the walls to be white.
Humpy Wheeler has made Charlotte a showplace & he always does something to add to the "show".
The cars have special paint, so why shouldn't the walls have some too ?
That practice ended with the name "Winston Cup".Quote:

i'm honestly surprised the walls aren't in some blue/white combination for Lowe's.
I really didn't notice them while the race was going on.
The things they do to please a sponsor. I'm going this weekend. I'll cast my vote after I see it in person.
I say paint them to look like an extension of the track, kind of a visual trick to make the drivers think the pavement continues on....
Well then they'd just be coppying Dover, Bristol, and Nashville's idea.Quote:
