EDIT: Good initiative by the organisers, don't You think?

28 with FIA car (+32 others = 60 crews)
14 x WRC
10 x WRC2
The list is quite ununderstandable.
Is everybody taking part to the WRC in this list or not ?
Half of the list is marked as National cars, that do not have FIA homologation, so no WRC for them.
If I remember correctly then there was some kind of new rule with national homologation and that cars with national homologation were allowed in to take part in WRC event and in calssification.
Here it is (they are in the list, but they cannot collect points):
NATIONAL/REGIONAL CARS (NOT VALID IN EUROPE)
4.4.1 Cars homologated or approved by the ASN of the organising country will be permitted to take part
in WRC events outside Europe, without eligibility to score Championship points.
4.4.2 Prior to the rally, the organiser will propose to the FIA a list of cars for approval.
4.4.3 Drivers entered in the national class shall always use a different entry form.
RK will not start in Argentina
Apparently re-organising his team. Budget? Preparation? New team/personnel/support more than likely.
"Robert Kubica will not take part in the Rally of Argentina, the fourth round of the World Rally Championship. The Polish driver, competing in this season's colors RK World Rally Team, wants to devote more time to reorganize the team, which will guarantee the highest level of performance, service and organization in future races. Since the team was formed just before the Rally Monte Carlo - the first round of this year's World Rally Championship - Robert Kubica is convinced he needed better support in Argentina and needed a thorough job and the introduction of key changes in the organizational structure. - It was a very difficult decision - says Robert Kubica. - Rally Argentina from the beginning was in our plans, and even though the place has reached a part of the team, along with the car, the decision to not start is a must. Competition in the World Rally Championship is a real challenge, and although I won six special stages in the first three races, but we have to be realistic and concentrate on improving the team in many areas. At the Rally of Portugal plan to return with the revised structure that will be systematically improved. I would like to ask all our fans for your understanding and thank you for your support."
Official info is about nessesary restructurisation in his team.
Its kind of strange for me, because Fiesta is in service park, mechanics already started to put stickers on it and suddenly we've got this message. Somethink definitely goes wrong, its not in RK style to give that kind of message just 3 days to rally start.
He's obviously not happy about something.
usually things like that are the beginning of the end, so it is good for everyone.
Very likely he has to change more or less the whole team surrounding him and an M-sport involvement is much realitic.
Nah, heīs not going to give up thatīs for sure even if NOT hope so.
It's ok if it takes little more time, but wasn't he unhappy with M-Sport last year? What is his motivation now to switch back? Just a better car perhaps....
maybe M-sport had a shortage of WRC chassis and needs to produce some more for Kubica to have even more fun with them... who knows.
Ha-ha-ha. Well let's hope he will get some "fun".
Very strange you do the whole trip as a team with all logistics and arrangements and then you say we do a restructure ... Not Kubica-ish, he must have prepared himself his co and the team very well. What has happened? Can anybody over there find out??
Kubica had problems with M-Sport, did not find an agreement with PH-Sport and now this. I think it would be great to be his friend but not his coworker. It's a pity though but I think he is not a great diplomatic man. Just speculations of course.
Stop it guys with all these silly suggestions, really great to put it all again in negative perspective, it's pretty easy well done... No details yet so wait a while in meantime you can load your guns.
Mariusz, only one person you cannot deal without is his engineer, don't know his name, maybe someone else does, but in case he is present you could do the rally... ??? F.i. spares and mechanics are always available. Maybe food poisoning of whole team but unlikely then we would know.
That could be a small part of Safari Rally. Why not try in Argentina? Itīs a world event with all kinds of challenges. This could be one of them. ;)
Is RK doing the recce in Argentina? (That should be a must both for him as driver and for FIA regulations, or what?)
really bad situation
