As one of only 2 peopel to pick Mads to win my pickems was looking good at lunchtime service on Friday :D . However soon after that I was thinking about Portugal selections. ;(
OK IMPORTANT NEWS
The original board Pickem page is now back and available for use... BUT the retrospective upload of the first 3 rounds would be a real 'female dog'. So WRC Pickem 2014 will continue in its current form (with continued thanks to makinen_fan and KiwiWRCfan) and the original Pickem page will be used for the 2014 WRC2 championship.

Interesting that while at VW Julien has dropped the symbol (chevrons while at Citroen) and car number from his autograph, I'd like to see VW1 appear this year :) as I have the 12 and 2 in my collection from 2009 / 11 respectively.

A reminder that we are continuing with the 2014 competition in the same format as for the first 3 rounds but you can also predict WRC2 by clicking on the panel at the top of the right hand column
Still 16.5 hrs to go before the deadline, I expect the usual suspects that wait for the micky mouse result will post this evening. Can't see anything but a VW 1-2 again - unless they haven't tested their outboard motors sufficiently ;)
Mintexmemory: Iīm still happy that I didnīt pick Marty McCormack in WRC2 and you were 99% sure that he is fast in Portugal.
I guess MMcC suffered from the recce issues as it was his first event outside the British Isles. He was chasing Aksa and Al Ketbi for 10th and was 15 secs up out of the 35ish he needed at the last split he recorded on SS14. Still managed some top 10 stage times but he can do much better -watch this space ;)Quote:

Just a small point guys, please refrain from using punctuation symbols in drivers' names, it makes it harder to process the results. Use the name exactly as given by Mintexmemory and use only numbers and space (no dots, parenthesis etc.) e.g.

When I go Ogier Latvala wins and vice versa. When I think Mikko is now a busted flush he comes third so when I think he'll do well he catches fire. Whichever Citroen I chose to finish highest is the one that hits trouble. THIS IS NOT FUNNY!!!Quote:
