Its coming fast, here's the box http://www.digitaldisplacement.com/?p=2508
Why is there a Toyota Supra on the front cover :s
Also any sign of an official car list, hope the Peugeot Cosworth is included, like it was meant to be :D
I think if it was we would have heard by now, though I still hope so, Although some of the cars in earlier series had no right to be in a rally game.Quote:

To be fair there are Audi A3s rallying out there. That looks like a Pikes Peak Toyota with the big rear wing on it. Having seen the screenshots Pikes Peak appears to be on the game. :DQuote:

Not bad uh ? Image taken from the 'secret' Colin Dirt website.

http://www.whoneedsroads.co.uk/ check it out
Finally we will have a Mark 2 Escort :D
It's so cool to have the 131 Abarth Olio Fiat in the game
It's a pity they have already said no realistic physic like RBR ... :\ (because according to them it would be a commercial suicide).

Wow looks like we get a 307 WRC and C4 WRC then :D I want an official car list!!!!!
I want some great stages to drive. More important to me than a long list of cars that I`m not going to bother with.
Of the classic cars at the moment I know we will have the Escort, Stratos, and the 131 Abarth :DQuote:

If i'm not wrong is this the livery of the 307 Toni drive last year?
Personally I feel that the stages in the first game were the best, if a little short. However they're never going to be very long as if my memory serves me a codemasters spokesman stated that they would never have really long stages, as this wouldn't suit the average gamer.Quote:

what sort of PC can handle this game? Looks great....
They have already said that we will have two versions of some stages - a 'complete' one, and some small SS using parts of the entire stage.Quote:

It's a pity that we can forget a good physic. It will be more arcade like all the others CMR. Forget RBR (actually in the Codemasters forum if somebody say these 3 letters the admins post the usual "OH NO NOT AGAIN !" ^^).
They are PS3 shots. About pc I think we will need a good shader 3.0 videocard (starting from Geforce 6x00 or ATI X1x00).Quote:

I might just be able to get it running
Would be a great car to have but Ive never heard any rimours about it..Quote:

Hi-res here http://rapidshare.com/files/23284084..._pal_hidef.wmv
confirmed CG (= it's not in-game play).
I'm kinda happy because the second part is horrible (the behaviour of the car, tipically rotating in a "central axe" like CMR5 and such).
The dune buggy part is interesting (but I care more for the rally aspect, Pikes Peak arf *droll* !).
Finally a in-game video ! Wow impressive. What a pity ... all this graphic probably wasted for a 'simple' arcade ...

Looks like the stage is about 4 minutes long judging by the completion bar. Hmmm....
Codemasters obviously don't listen to their customers, how often have people asked for longer stages. That doesn't look too long to me. If people don't feel they're listened to, they won't buy the game. Look at the recently released Brian Lara game, it's been about as well received as Hitler at a Jewish fancy dress party. Why they don't listen ,I don't know.Quote:

Yes, it will. Although I've heard the H-pattern gearbox on the G25 isn't supported.Quote:

I agree with you Helstar, graphics are amazing, physic looks like WRC serie :s
Oh dear....the physics looks liek CMR£ and that stupid centre pivot :( :(
The graphics, camera postions (love bonnet cam on the Impreza) and sound are all great. But that's not a rally game, it's an arcade.
WRC 4 was much better physics than even that. Oh dear....looks like RBR on PS2 still for me!
