I will say "never". Hirvonen has only beaten Loeb once this year and that was in Sweden. In Australia Loeb was ahead of Hirvonen before he crashed - and for Hirvonen to win the championship he will have to beat Loeb (and most likely also Ogier) on the final 3 events where two of them are tarmac. I see 2009 repeating itself except Mikko is in even less of a good position than then when finishing ahead of Loeb in either of the last 2 events would have guaranteed Mikko the DWC. If by some magic Loeb fails to open an unbeatable lead in the 2 tarmac rallies, (Spain he's won for the past 4 years and the first Alsace Rally France was tantamount to a demonstration run ) then does anyone think Mikko has the nerve to take it to Loeb in Wales?
