Ogier starting just in front of Lappi is not going to change anything for Lappi, he's got as many cars that have gone through the stage before him either way.

Yeah, but cars that gone before will not have ogier cleaning for them.

For Lappi it doesn't matter, but the others who would've run between Ogier and Lappi have one less car cleaning the road.
