He is referred to as Widnes rally star Fin McCaul in an article I found. Widnes is a town in Cheshire, England. But I've also seen him listed as being Irish in results. Maybe someone knows him personally?Quote:

I've changed Frank Meagher's nationality to Irish by the way, I found he's from Co. Tipperary in the Republic of Ireland.
