Yes, Greystoke is M-Sport's "free" testing site. But also notice the Chile roads are quite similar to those in England so they're focusing on that whereas everyone else is focusing on Argentina.

Strange to hear that Argentina stages can’t be replicated in Europe; Citroen and Hyundai spent a week in different locations at the North and Center of Portugal testing for it (and for Chile). They also gathered important data for Rally de Portugal; a sort of 3 in 1 that hardly can be done in Greystoke.
Toyota went to the South of Portugal (Algarve) and used some former RdP stages to prepare the South American events; they’ll come back in May for RdP PET. The tests footage (including Meeke onboard) on this preview video is from Algarve stages: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDphSZxrNKg
