No - he's not 'fast' but he's fourth. Mostly because the percentages are that there is a pace for an event that is optimum - not necessarily the fastest possible. Ogier is supreme at finding that optimum pace for finishing when others retire. What if Neuville and Tanak provoke each other into errors tomorrow.
