The problem is that he's never had the funding to allow him to drive near to flat-out. Every rally, going back to 2019, could be his last if he crashes the car. Even this year, with the backing from a Monte Carlo sponsor, might not be for more than a rally or two.
I dont claim he is the fastest but he could show much more speed than he's being able to.
Well, sorta. He's never had the luxury to be able to drive all the time like solberg or gryazin, so it's difficult to compare his speed to those rich guys.
But he most likely is not world class level. He could be multiple local champion, and be even pretty close to the absolute top in erc and wrc2. But he's not going to be world champion.
