Quite a big moment for Greensmith at 2:40 in SS10
But your tight arse team don't want to pay drivers. So it's a mute point.
At this rate might as well put 40-oddyr old Meeke in the car in Finland because he'd at least challenge/bring excitement (then bin it), but Breen can't even stay on the road anyway so....
Fourmaux and Greensmith paying /bringing sponsorship has them locked in. The Goat unfortunately can't do more events.
If they were serious...,Malcolm/Msport/Ford +any sponsor as a combination, would go to one of Tanak/Neuville and say "we will buy you out your contract and pay you". We all know Tanak and Neuville are close to breaking point at Hyundai....
Maybe because the season as a whole is a complete joke. I would never complain when a driver goes all loeb/ogier esque like Kalle has done, but the problem is we know Tanak and Neuville have their hands tied behind their back due to Hyundai acting like a "village team". It's not a fair fight. Evans is the disaster of the season as he's bottled it in the same car as Kalle.
Fords win the SSS again. Pity that's all.
Agreed. I was never really bored with Loeb's seasons of domination, as Citroen was never much faster than Ford. Ogier's VW days were a bit boring, not going to lie. But this season is a joke that's not even funny, such is the difference among the cars. And we can't even have a fight between the Toyotas because Evans hasn't got what it takes. I keep watching just because I love rallying.
To those who say the season is boring I can recommend try to go to stages and watch the driving - it's amazing. The driving will always be amazing from the top dogs. This time around the top3 is visibly better than the rest and occasionally Breen and Lappi are very close to awesome as well.
Re about Kalle's domination - this guy is a robot. Amazing to see the driving and how effortlessly the car is being handled with such a pace. That's never boring!

Same here mate, I feel exactly the same way and I keep referring to the 2019 season because that was the first time someone in 15 years challenged for Sebastien's dominance, and I think what Rovanperä has achieved and will achieve this season is extraordinary but I'm sorry it feels like his competing by himself. The fact that Hyundai haven't won a stage this rally tells you the story of the season.
How many bored people want longer rallies?
So some you find rally boring if cap from 1st to 2nd is too big or top3 are from another planet compared to others.
It doesn't matter what other 40 drivers are doing ?
Rally is just boring if there isn't fight for win ?
I´m not saying it's wrong but for me rally is much more than just fight for win, never boring. Maybe it could be boring if all drivers would drive with same car, I don't like rallies with 40x Mitsu EVO in row.
I get your point but it just seems that for the time being there’s one driver and the rest are just there to spectate, I know I’m taking it to the extreme but that’s the way it seems as a fan watching from home. I know spectating out there in the stages is amazing but unfortunately due to covid (amongst other issues) for the time being I’m not able to go out there and see these drivers in these amazing cars go flat out.
Is that Adamo on Otts instagram story. With mask and sunglasses. Can't post picture with phone at the moment.
it can be him couse wrinkles looks like adamo but might and cristian couse only he wearing thoses blue sunglases
Evens can't beat Ogier, also can't beat Rovanpera. A little disappointment for Evens for sure . I feel he his full time in Toyota will be over at the end of this season. It's better to give this chance to the more competitive guys
is there tire change today?
Loubet is out, broken front suspension
Ugh sunday cruising
Tänak: ,,We don't have the car to do that(be as fast as last year). The car has been born without any development..''
Sunday drive top3 ss20 https://youtu.be/yNZ9eSwlB3E
Oliver already got at least 2 lucky escapes from mistakes. Quite some play with luck.
Neuville now, mess of a car
So, the Hyundai list goes on:
-Neuville's seat is loose
There are not only those if's but there also is the question whether one team could and should hire all the best drivers and essentially buy the title. I seem to recall that both Mäkinen and Latvala both have said that ideally, top drivers should be spread evenly amongst teams.
It's getting a bit silly with all these rocks and anti cut blocks especially in Estonia and Finland, you're not going to cut through 50cm tall grass anyway, at least put them 20cm off the normal line.
At least organizers made notes last year and this silly thing is not powerstage anymore.
Those silly ones are for lazy spectators who don't go into forest and fields but want to watch some stage in/near city.
This year the power-stage is proper one and presents the rally.
