In his defence he imo starts to suffer with his 1+ year old spec of a car that is notoriously difficult to set up, which even is a hybrid spec that was never ran by the main team.

Neuville said that he didn't have softs on one and hards on the other side, but softs on the rear (hards in front).. so a mistake by allLive maybe.
Yes, ofc Loubet's problem is a bit older spec car.. it makes him not stay on the road and do mistakes..
Gus and Fourmaux are driving 2017 chassis cars, 24 and 35 rallies under the belt vs Loubet' late 2018 chassis(with 15 rallies).
Selective reading.
I wrote one his problems might be that he is running a hybrid that was never run by the main team ( so needs different setup).
Picking spec by reading chassis numbers doesn't work. MSport cars have a new engine spec homologated just a rally ago, new front aero from 5 months ago, etc...

Well, Loubet has 0 points.
You don´t need latest spec WRC to beat Rally2 car drivers.
For me Loubet has been biggest loser this year.
Ingram got time back for dust. (https://storage.googleapis.com/downl...5935&alt=media)
Suninen did not (yet?), I checked his onboard and it's a bit hard to prove though. There surely are multiple moments with dust where he has to slow down, but they are spread over long period with clear view in between. Hoping he does get some time back in the end.
Solberg still has that wrong time on SS7. That one I do find ridiculous, cause as the times are listed now he is 48s behind Ogier on last split and 21s at the end. So this means he would have to be some 4+ s/km faster than the fastest WRC car over that section. That's simply impossible.
count how many times the guys say the word tires https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8MzUFBQbHw
tomorrow will be even more a lottery

A disappointing day. On the pace this morning, but after the puncture in SS3 I didn't feel comfortable. It turns out that we had some damage to the car. Broken rollbar, bendt arms, wheels pointing in every direction++ The win is gone, but we can still get some good points #WRC2
Do anyone actually know what happened with Loubet? I cannot find anything about him at all. Just that they are ok, and and can't continue. No pictures, no other info. He wasn't mentioned on the highlights, and for some reason he didn't have an onboard for this event.
I know I am pretty alone being somewhat of a fan of Loubet, but wtf?

We came out quite strongly but we are unharmed with Flo, that's the main thing. The @rallydeportugal stops there for us.
You can count on me to hold on tight and redouble my resolve to reverse this downward spiral as soon as possible.

as above, Loubet is not starting

Good morning guys.
Lets hope the rally wont be decided by punctures today but im afraid its too much to ask.
Good morning. Yeah I am afraid there could be early regroup caused by punctures, but before that we'll have a very exciting start I think.
Some fog and wet conditions in vieira do minho, sorry i don't know how to post pictures.
How many softs they have for the weekend? Everyone saying they need to save some for softer surface on Sunday.
Neuville on the mission to "save tires and cruise to power-stage"
pretty damp, no dust at all
Fourmaux in trouble already from the start
Could be great for Fourmaux. Road position could be an advantage and they tested in these conditions.
Morning guys.
What troubles Fourmaux...?
Edit: throttleproblems. Full throttle, so road mode.
Ogier slower than Gus in second split
road gettin slower and polished?
Well done, GG
Gus must have read this forum :D really nice pace!
great run from Gus!
Sordo now fastest in spl1
