At the moment it is between -3 and -4 around tomorrow stages (the stations I was able to find). In the morning it should be cloudy and very little amount of snow might fall down, very little. So, what happens with the road? when the temperature increases a little then uper layer melts a little and water falls to the deeper layer and due to cold surface and ice, it freezes again. Later cars should get more deeper and solid layer of ice and with more traction. Such thing might happen from SS5 to 9. Anyway, Lets se what tomorrow brings!
