You obviously haven't been to the 'Matthew Wilson School of Driver Development' ;)Quote:

Kopecky could do well on Madeira, but I would love to see Vouilloz there in a third Skoda and Basso in a Punto too.
One little thing about Ypres; I just watched the day one review programme from Eurosport last night and it was really good. Great footage and they used the two commentators they use for the live stages for the first time on a "non live" stage programme and it worked very well. I hope they do it on every event from now on.
Didn't she finish about 12th on WRC Rally Turkey? :DQuote:

I'm not certain about Turkey (but I doubt she got as high as 12th ;) )Quote:

HAHA Proton can't get their stuff lol. The local garage where they stuffed equippment was closed and the owner went to see the rally.
Im sorry for them but this is quite funny.
I just checked, actually it was bang on 12th!Quote:

She will never be on the pace of Solowow. Michal Solowow is a very fast and consistant gentleman driver and I don't see why he deserved to be mentioned in the same sentence as Burcu Cetinkaya ;)
why we get crazy results after stage 12 ??
It's the internet, we can never trust on it.Quote:

Really - I have to admit surprise. Her Sardinia pace was poor too so I assumed that gravel and tarmac were equally difficult for her. I agree wholeheartedly that a good woman driver would be great for rallying (and especially for Colin Clark at stage ends!)Quote:

Some WRC events... JWRC, SWRC and PWRC is much more about surviving to the difficult conditions than being fast :s mokin:Quote:

Should all be on Eurosport tonight.
seems to be wrong pacenotes.Pitty as the rally is over,as all positions with big gaps :(
Big moment with Loix and a security bike at stage 15!
Magalhaes has picked up the pace now, good stuff.
It is a shame when the entry lists of some of these events have such great potential and then people crash out early (Meeke, Hanninen, Sarrazin here and Ogier, Wilks in Sardinia)
i hear van dalen is blaming the notes to save his own backside,we have to admit hes done a poor job with the 207 this year, and kris has to overdrive the thing
i would not blame nagle for this one
If someone blames the notes it does not always mean the co-driver made a mistake!Quote:

All van Dalen can do, and has done, is make the car run as best as he can with what he has been given from Peugeot Sport.Quote:

I think the onlyone whom we can blame is the Qensel. As far as I know they got a few updates for Ypres but not too many.Quote:

I would love to know what Meeke could do in the Skoda, as I still think he is the fastest overall driver in IRC.
The Skoda seems to be ahead almost everywhere now except really smooth flowing tarmac events like Canarias.. but it's only a little bit. Last year Meeke and Loix battled for the lead, both in 207s... this year Loix moved to Skoda but the battle was the same (just maybe Meeke is having to push harder than last year in order to do that)
Danica Patrick effect, but so far the US girl is a faster driver. But give Burcu some time, and she will improve. She has not that many rallies on this level, and Ypres is a difficult one as well !Quote:

That is a simple lack of natural talent , she will not get considerably better. Lack of experience means nothing , look at Neuville. He has driven small cars like her until 2010 (Ypres 2009 is an exception). He has limited S2000 experience just like Burcu and look at them: Neuville is 3rd and Cetinkaya was 26th when she retired. I saw her at Rally All Stars and she is very bad
Maybe Gronholm should train her as he does with others, I miss having more girls in rally.Quote:

One of the few sports it is equal, and muscle has little or nothing to do with the result !
I did't say anything with Burcu being a female , I just pointed out that she is a very bad driver ;)
Burcu has done quite a lot of training in the 207 with Ogier already.Quote:

5 different winners in 6 events now, although one car won the last 4 :)
Fast Freddy  have a Leffe Blond on me !
I heard that Burcu had a terrible crash, but the crew is ok. Any news & photos?
