Ogier and Tanak are acting like small children.

To me it does not seem like FIA wants to enforce smiling, it is about the form. It should not be necessary to insult or swear at organizers on allive when you don't like some decision.
After all, that's what we teach small children. When they don't agree they often react like this.

There is nothing illegal about swearing, so there should never be a punishment for it.

I support ogier here, it's not up to the FIA to determine what a driver can or can't say.
