Are you saying there should be no night rallying? In my view it's immaterial whether it's the first or last stage. It's either acceptable or not. It is acceptable imvho.

I guess with the scare the spectator lost his feet and fell down, It didn't look like a such a big fall but it seems it was head first.

Looks to me like he may have actually hit him with the rear of the car as it goes out of shot. At about 0.25 I think you can see the guy being thrown up the bank. Horrible, horrible accident.
