Sure Ogier should listen to the police. On the other it's not like there was any danger of "running" to evade responsibility (avoid being identified). Certainly not with what seems like a Toyota team member there. How did he get there anyway? They stood there for long time or he was nearby?
Not if the police arrest Ogier and take him to a police station for questioning before the power stage.
The usual over-riding imperative after any vehicle accident is to stop and ascertain injury to any other person involved. Render assistance &/or summon help etc.
Are they going to restart the stage or all competitors will receive notional time?
