I20 is 4doors now?
Yeah, this is the new one disguised.
Is it just me or is that some massive rear travel?
I don't think there is more travel, just seem the wheel arch is quite high
Meeke testing the (2015 ?) DS3 ... with new engine ? Sounds a bit different ?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MqYOcZ_Rr0
testing looks and sounds good
we will see how it does in 2015 competition with the upgrades
I'm waiting for the question about the light shining on the ground below Meeke's front bumper.... : )
Something curious in this Monza video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?list=PL...&v=zS1v17Oi_94).
At 0.12 and 2.20 minutes of the video, you can see the new spec Fiesta WRC used since Finland, however the engine sounds completely different from a normal Fiesta WRC. Can this be the new in-house built engine from M-Sport?! Or is it different exhaust?
Can't be is not allowed and I think the sound would be 'heavier' if it would be the 600 HP RX engine.

The number of lights on the picture doesn't fit regulations.
Random question, how many tests has the Toyota Yaris WRC done since breaking cover? Seems to be a fair few pictures slowly being released, but generally of the same place.
They done some testing, but from what I know they don't know their exact plans yet, so don't know if will ever use that car in rally. They also consider R5 program with young drivers, but nothing is sure at the moment. Most of those projects are made by TMG, without big support from Japan I think.

Hänninen had a similar issue in Finland.

According to photos, the weird-sounding Fiesta of Valentino Rossi in Monza Show was PX14 HHY, chassis 43. Apparently the newest Fiesta WRC what there is, first rally was WRC Finland this year with Hirvonen.
Hirvonen also used the car in WRGB, so M-Sport would have had roughly 1,5 weeks to change the engine and transport the car to Italy.
So what do you mean by changing engine? It is something different isnīt it? Maybe the M-Sport own developed one?

Some time ago when I was at MSport they had there new body fiesta WRC with tuned up engine - turbo from Focus WRC I think, bigger restrictor, etc, etc. It was sounding nice!!!
I'm not telling Rossi had that engine in Monza, only telling what I saw and that in theory it is possible. Changing engine, together with exhaust (at least part of it), engine wiring loom, ECU, etc is not that big deal, easy to do during one work day.
This one? Ford Fiesta RS34
