Ford Fiesta RS WRC

PG had his big chance. And he blew it! He can't keep the car on the road, something that is important. If Flodin can do a decent result i reckon his chances of more Wrc drives are bigger than PG's.

It may not be entirely fair to say P-G blow it.Without a puncture (he didnt`t hit anything) and problem with the powersteering I think he had grabbed a place on the podium. But I think that PG will have a much harder task in Sardinia. A place in the top six here is going to be difficult.

Novikov`s mexican Ford Fiesta RS WRC was re-registered. From "PX60 AVN" to "RU55 ALM" :)

PG is not "the next swedish wrc champion". I thought one day long ago, but its the same thing as with Thomas Rådström and Daniel Carlsson! In fact this might be his last wrc-event ever...

You Swedes put your limited resourses on too many drivers, in my opinion it would be better to build real possibility for 1 really good guy, after you get 1 up there, its much easier to find sponsorship for others.

There is not too many (only P-G, Flodin and Sandell). WRC-A drivers are different story. But P-G definitely has the speed, but always some mistakes. Have to remember that he is not able to drive tests with the Fiesta. Speedwise Flodin and Sandell are not on his level.

There is 2 guys too many already, Flodin or Sandell wont get anywhere, a driver who aim to the top should have a solid plan and program so that he can go flat out in every rally, top 5 finishes impresses nobody who is in charge about choosing drivers. P-G drives now and then and has some really long times without driving, it effects for sure.

And that is P-G's problem. Doesn't have a consistent program - but the odd drive here and there. He needs at least a season in the same car, and with plenty of testing. Then you can tell whether he's a top level driver, or not.
