I was on Vargåsen today, the corner were Flodin went off. Lucky for him , there was a lot of swedish "plåtgamar" spectators. =)

Pontus Tidemand doing really fast times in the national championship. He did a mistake on SS2, Vargåsen but else his times is really fast.
( Third and second overall first loop of the stages and around 10 overall if you compare to second loop of the stages)

We cant compare cause Sandell at this ss in 2010.....SANDELL P. / AXELSSON E. (st. č. 24) "In the end we tried to brake, but we went straight, had to reverse but then found, that we have no reverse gear."
He was much slower due to above.

61.6 NON-PRIORITY DRIVERS
When driven by non-priority drivers, all 2WD cars, Gp.R4 and Gp.N 2-litre turbocharged cars may use free

Appendix V does not say anything about the tyre general dimensions.
Appendix J says:
The rims must imperatively be made from cast aluminium.
a) For rallies on gravel, only 6’’ x 15’’ rims may be used.
For rallies on asphalt, only 7’’ x 17’’ rims may be used.
No word about snow and ice there
In supplementary information there is only description of studs

So, I cannot find the reaosn why he cannot use wider tyres

Seems that FIA delegates in Sweden do not understand any other word but exclusion. I am currently trying to find the regulation that says: it is not allowed to use 16`tyres for non priority 2WD car. But I cannot find it anywhere. Anyone better than me with searching? However, I found those rules that caused Flodins exclusion. Those rows were even marked in yellow in appendix J.
