Another point is that according to drivers,smaller wheelbase is not better at high speed rallies as some mates were saying against me. :p


ps On Sunday there is another ss that was same as ss4 at 2010 Torntorp - 19.21 km .Lets wait to see also in this ss the comparison.

Interesting stats but it would be better to compare Sandell 2010 with Sandell 2011... However even though I think the new cars are slower like others have said this is not a problem at all if they sound and look more entertaining on the stages. For me the Focus WRC was far more boring to watch than an S2000 car even though it was much faster.

Also it's great that some strong drivers in S2000 cars can compete with or better the slower WRC drivers too now. Looking forward to seeing Juho's performance this year. Would also be interesting to see what the Fabia could do with a 1.6T under the hood.

Well it looks like what Quesnell was saying about them not being so well prepared for Sweden was true indeed, I hope they can put it together.

Looking at the videos and photos so far it doesnt look like the WRC anymore :(

The new WRC cars look so small compared to the Focus and C4... not much better than IRC cars really.

I cant see them bringing in any more fans or viewers ...

To be honest I miss the WRC cars aswell, but it will probably be a question of time till we get used to the new cars.
