Portugal's Power Stage was 30 km long and had surprisingly a Jimmy-Jib camera, other than all the other stuff!! ;)

On a sidenote, one special thing I'm worried about is WRC onboards - AFAIK North One Sport has a huge database of them (all from atleast 2001 onwards) and I would hate to see them ending up to trash. It would be a rally-cultural genocide.

What's a Jimmy-Jib camera.

I know this is going to sound bad, but why not put ken block behind the wheel of it(and out from behind the one in the car). Like him or not, Look what he did with his own brand. Don't care much for the guy but promotion is his thing

I noticed that the launch video for the DS3 in 2010 was quite block-style.

Rumours that Jean Todt is on holiday in Bali when the WRC is falling apart. Well done Jean, enjoy yourself.

OK then, Jean Todt has won.
Eurosport will now take over promotion of WRC.
Im sure, this was his objective from day one.
IRC will now become a feeder to WRC
The same promoter will own both.
BMW are happy, as they now have free to air coverage in Germany.
Todt will think it not a bad solution.

Are we happy with the way NOS has covered the WRC? No, regarding all the quotes on this forum.

Are we happy with the coverage of IRC (Eurosport)? Yes, regarding all the quotes on this forum.

So what, then?

Let´s hope this brings something good for the sport and WRC in particular. Maybe Mini gets some more money from BMW as a result.
