yes for sure...i think its a matter of economy they don't exceed the 400 kms mark..more marshals, ambulances ects for the organisers but also for the teams, more fuel, maintenance and other things.

Congrats to J-M and Ford, before the rally i was thinking it this time would be a fight between Loeb and Ogier, but better this way.
Skoda also did a good rally all in all.

Oh - yes, absolutely. Hats off to Ogier. Even though he didn't win his drive was simply amazing.

and of course justified fully the choice of the citroen management.

You just say these things to start a discussion? The car is 97% equal to factory cars... Its a long rally.. few sec. there... He cant change every part as often.. (suspension) And he can't risk the car... and he cant tune the car if needed..

sounds fair enough....but don't ask the new manufacturers entering to chose him or for him to expect something better in his career than the current situation, If his fans are happy with that its ok by me then.

on the other facts of the rally, real pity that ketomaa didn't manage to get a win here since he was faster than anyone else by far, still we need to have a clear indication of his tarmac skills because it plays a big role in someones career and you can easily become a rovanpera rather than a gronholm. Also the fact that hanninen was close shows that the IRC guys may have a chance against the WRC guys, but thats just speculation until we see them competing with the best.
