Does anybody know why North Moor/Wykeham south can't be used? I was walking through there a few months ago and the roads are in great condition.

Cool news...
Three-time British Rally Champion Matt Edwards has confirmed his entry for this year’s five-day classic behind the wheel of a Ford Escort Mk2.
Running with the Malton-based Carr Prep outfit and thanks to the loan of the car by Richard Jordan, Edwards is making a serious bid for overall victory. His last gravel outing in an Escort was way back in 2015 – but with Rally2 experience and historic success in the Fiat 131, he’s more than ready for the challenge.
“This is a Yorkshire project. They just wanted to see what I could do in one of Nick's cars. When the option came up, I thought: ‘Yes, I want to do that. I’m certainly not hanging up my helmet,” said Edwards.
First stop? This weekend’s Trackrod Historic Cup as a warm-up. Then, it’s full focus on the Roger Albert Clark Rally.
Has anyone got the password to sportity competitors section?

Several Cambrian Rally PETs took place today, including Max McRae now in a Skoda Fabia RS.
The roads are extremely wet and muddy. There's also more rain forecast for tomorrow and showers on Saturday with cold northerly winds.
Went for a walk in Clocaenog this afternoon, roads are in really good condition, best I've seen in a few years. I didn't walk the whole stage but I don't think it will cut up too much for a lot of the stage.

We understand all crews are running through SS1 at non-competitive speeds due to a stoppage. After an incident before the BRC crews - it was decided to stop the stage - Crew OK
Very slow times coming through, but seems Max McRae holds a 8.7s lead after the first loop.
So Max McRae took the win and the first BRC rally win for the family since his dad Alistair !
Pretty impressive given the tough stages and conditions and after swapping to a Skoda from the Citroen. Creighton may have been going steady just to get the Title, but the other contenders weren't so it was a fair win.
Congrats to Creighton who has been the best driver all year. But Jurgenson may have pushed him closer with better reliability from the Fiesta. Meirion Evans again disappointed and needs to get better on gravel to become the complete rally driver.
i havent watched anything from the event but this news made me so happy! its a really awesome first step!
no one is going to be colin again but im all for another mcrae mixed with the front runners here and there!
congrats to max, hope to watch him doing well in ERC next year before a move to the new wrc with the R5s!
