Can the driver take the night version device during the race if the sun hasn't come out yet.??? is the rule allow for that?

Yeah, Arctic Lapland Rally has been traditionally arranged in the same week as Monte or one week before.
Sweden would have liked to run earlier but like always MC are allowed to do as they want pushing Sweden late, at least a couple of the years where it has been mild would have been fine if it got to run a week or two beforeQuote:
