In 2009 I said Breen and Abbring would reach the top and I still expect both to make an impact soon.
In 2010 I was impressed with Paddon and Tanak and I recall arguing on this forum that Paddon was the more likely to succeed in WRC. Hope this doesn't Jinx him!!
