The same here

It's not that special. The city stage requires no knowledge of local conditions etc. It's quite common phenomena that foreign drivers are very fast on such stages but don't keep the pace on the real stages. Those city stages are usually purely about driving skills but in the real stages it's more about pacenotes, experience etc.
Stages like these are rare here, are they common on European events? I wish we had more of them and certainly drivers like Breen really can have no excuse for not having made it their business to learn how to be faster on them.
It's a shame Woodsides Porsche broke as his autotest experience should have been good for him here, certainly he did well on it last year in the EVO 10
3h15 min are online...

why doesn't eurosport offer whole stages onboard ? even those incompetent people over at WRC.com do that... pathetic.
Just seen Fisher's crash on SS3.. pretty big one !
After 2 hours is wrc (also old escorts) action (so much wrc cars in Ireland)...

I have to say that I don't wish it at all. This one in Ireland was even worst than others, with all that big ballons all over the place. Ireland has some of the most beautiful landscapes (and rally roads) in the world and the only live coverage was with green ballons in the middle of the street.
The only thing I like about this kind of stages is that they keep rally alive by bringing casual people to see sponsors.
Gutted !!!! Armstrong got 5' penalty and now Opel 1-2 in Junior
What happened to Jon
It is a necessary thing luckily a few minutes' stage so why bother. If this is the price the organization has to pay to get the buget sorted for the whole rally weekend, I would say; okay then. Normally when we are at rally and there is such a stage we go to starting order you can see the drivers close and have a talk with them, or making pictures. I see such a stage as ideal for dads and their little kids to spread the rally virus
Armstrong not to start today due to carproblem. Pity. Nice battle between him and Emil.
Breen slow today but longer stages to come so might be better later.
Great time by Ingram on SS9 !!
Breen fastest on SS10 but still complaining on a problem and having to drive really hard to make up for it ...
No updates on timing after nine cars on Ss10.
Consani now out from Rally2. Shame. :(
20000 spectators at it I think last year, and few of them will have been die hard fans who will have known enough to watch on the real stages, anything that lifts the profile of the sport and gets it back in front of the public in a positive light is good, thankfully you are clearly not Bobby Willis....
Something must be wrong with Tlustak. He is down in the 20th position, behind R2 cars!
What is wrong with the results... yesterday and also today... wtf?
Tarabus been in a ditch

Kajto had an overshoot on SS 11...
Breen fastest so far and back into the lead..
Timing results best on http://rally-base.com/ :)
