Possibly a 30 second penalty for Per Wilén for being 3 minutes late to service.
Per Wilén was disqualified for arriving at service with only 3 wheels. He have sent in a protest and will continue the rally.<br>If he protest is rejected he will be DSQ.

So began 2 years of trying to prove with letters from (was it Kindwall i Hägersten?) the importer and General Agent that everything was the same on the '74 as both the 73 and 75.....poor friend showed the GM parts catalog that rear wheel brake cylinders were same part number but idioten answer "But the ctalog just says 1971--1975, it doesn't say "1974" so how do we know? It could be LIVS
FARLIGT!!!!"
All this time in BONDED storage under customs supervision.. He could not re-export the car..Could not drop it off the end of the dock.. It had to stay there....

This happens every day, in every part of society in Sverige. My old friend John, this is Sweden today and one has to deal with it. Byråkrater have made it hard to, for example own a tuned car for ages. Just think what they also did to swedish citizens in other areas.
