Was supposed to be a free stream somewhere as part of the promo ...damn, by time I find it the SSS will be over.
Hi all..
A different rally so far.
Nice to see the Subarus up there... let's see if Atko's car holds on.
Also nice to see Sordo perform again... N.O.T... I've seen you've really enjoyed that fact aswell :D
Still a lot of rally left. I won't rule Bosse out yet.
Mikko's season looks really promising so far.
Any link for SSS?
Marcus after SS7:
"In the morning i was sweeping, in the afternoon I was sleeping."
This quote is GOLD!!!

One note though... in about one minute from the start of the video, Timo Rautiainen give a note " pieni rytky = small bump "... I would just like to know what is a big bump in their notes  :p :
A.F.F. I think we know what's a wrong note from that example then....
Just watched the video on YouTube and wow, what a roll from Henning. For a split-second I thought he was going to get away with it and then I immediately thought he was going to end up down the embankment on the outside of the corner. He was really lucky to lose a lot of the speed when he went onto 2 wheels.
When I saw the marshal waving his red jacket to warn of Henning's stranded car, I thought Carlos Sainz would come round the corner. :p :
During the 1000 Lakes rally they would not even mentioning this <jump>, so to Finnish standarts it is a small jump :) .
i can not understand why canīt we see the superspecial stage from wrc+. Does anyone know anything about superspecial stage results?

They seem to be online, for instance BFG.
i remember smt 00.33 maybe if we do math +2 hrs then it starts showing?
Good coverage
That's a shame for Henning, was there too much damage to continue? ;( Seemed the spectators weren't too quick to help and nobody running up the stage to wave the next car down  Took about 1:10 for them to get back into the car so say 1:30 to get going again, pretty close if he'd lost time earlier in the stage..
Didn't look to be too much damage though (except Cato's door handle ;) ), maybe also the front left when it's going back over again?
Shouldn't the SS7 and 8 times be available already? Wrc.com eand Bfgoodrich don't show nothing.
wrc.com just updated the ss7 and ss8 result but only for the top crews.
It's another slap in Petter's face, and it is disappointing to see a good run come to end with mechanical failure. But it's good to see Subaru on pace and another good job by Chris to keep 2nd over night in front of fast approaching Hirvonen.
Seems that Petter is listed as a retirement, musn't be able to fix car for Saturday.
Ray
PS how high will Wilson finish?
Hi all,
it is really unfortunate for Petter. Nothing more to say about this. You don't have to be a fan of him to feel sorry for the guy.
If we remember, he retired with the exact same problem in Monte Carlo 2005, which was the debut for this ill born Impreza. And now again.
Damn it.
It might be a good idea, in countries without really large english speaking populations, for the drivers to atleast learn "help me" in the local dialect.
I bet if Henning got out shouting "ayudame ayudame" insetad of "help, come help, come help" the locals would have been quicker to respond.
I think that henning's body language coupled with the shouting made it pretty damn clear what he wanted. you notice that the camera man was even hesitant to go help?
Ken and Travis are very humble, and very willing to learn. They were definately taken back by the skill and speed displayed by Toshi, Kristian and Nasser in Shakedown and testing.Quote:

They compete against some good talent in R-A (Foust, Pinker, O'Sullivan, ACP, Choiniere) that has been "passed over" simply because of age and means.
In any event, Go Travis & Ken!
Could someone please tell me what was wrong with Marcus on yesterday's second run?
engine... bit loss of powerQuote:

Due to my work I only managed to follow the first 4 stages, and I was delighted to see Petter leading, then I came here and found out that he had retired :( Bad bad luck for him again, the only positive note is as many of you already posted, that the Subaru is competitive again. We might see a 4 drivers battle for the title ( yes I believe Mikko can win the title too) and if it cannot be Petter I will be very happy to see him winning :D
