it´s the old version of the mini, yes. nothing to do with the prodrive mini. but he always start´s in the national starterfield. there´s also historic rallye, slowly sideways, these are the starters:

i have a litlle doubt about one car.
Sandro Wallenwein used an Octavia WRC at Germany Rallye Championship 2006...after that he sold it but my question is...where was the car in 2005?

yes, good to see niegel back, its the car from jürgen stehr. but somehow its also disappointing, a talented young german driver with no real future, once again.
also nice to see horst rotter giving a comeback, i guess its the car stebani was driving in 2009/10, the group n corsa. would have been better with the s1600 of course ;) as far as i know he still owns the s1600.
@katxal: i´m sorry, but i have no idea where the car came from or where it went to.
i just noticed that in the startlist something must be wrong, rotter´s car does not belong to division 2, whether its s1600 or group n car. both would start in division 3. i first thought the group n car would start in div. 2 but it doesnt, so its open yet if its grp. n oder s1600 corsa, i really hope its the s1600, he was always great with that car: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yat7VGvTyQQ

How did Mohe compare to the fast Corazza in the Mitsubishi ?
Corazza had got quite rather bad luck in this rally. He made a mistake wlth stamping at controls on Friday and he was strongly penalized with five minutes. So the rally was over for him. He went flat out on Saturday instead making all eight fast times, and cutted down Mohe´s advantage from 6 min to 3 min 40 sec, but he made only the fourth final position. So, we can say, Corazza was clearly faster than Mohe, on the roads at least.Quote:

After the first leg the rally has become really exciting: first seven teams in less than a minute :) . Bernhard´s pace looks impressive, ahead Zeltner, Corazza or Dobberkau in spite of his lack of rallying experience. Promising day, tomorrow ;)

What happened with Hermann Gaßner yesterday and does someone know the retirement reason of Timo Bernhard and Peter Corazza?
