Rally models thread

I've bought a Fiat 131 Abarth - M.Alen model from rally Portugal 1/18 ! A model by Kyosho and I've got a Lancia Delta Integrale D. Auriol form rally Monte Carlo also a Kyosho model 1/18! I want to ask you where I can buy Kankunen's Ford Escort WRC 1/18 !

I received shipment of HPI Impreza WRCs today. The model of Petter's Impreza WRC2006 from Monte was awsome looking with some fine details. But the other one, Petter's Impreza WRC2005 from Japan, wasn't so great to say the least.....

I guess HPI bolted the model so tight to the base that the bottom of the model cracked and split into half. I've never seen anything like this with any of the diecast model manufacturers. This is the worst defect of all :(

Early Toy Fair news shows limited rally releases planned by Minichamps for 07 namely a Barth Porsche 924 GTS from the Monte, Rossi Monza rally Focus WRC and a MK2 Escort. However they are planning to do the Sierra Cosworth driven by Ayrton Senna in a UK magazine test in both 1/43 and 1/18th.

let's hope they will do some 1/18 rallyversions in future (2008,2009,....)of the Mk2 (Eaton Yale, British Airways, Cossack,....)

Pictures of Nuremburg 07 Toy Fair display models courtesy of Fox toys again. Stand out models for me are the Ixo Nissan 240RS which looks sooo much better than the Spark release. Citroen C4 looks on the money too. Spark have a Nissan 200sx which looks like the Provence Moulage kit in the pic here but is another nice niche product. Just click on the Porsche!

The new C4 by IXO looks fantastic... anyone know when they plan on releasing it? I wasn't even aware they had already made it....

can anyone help with some pictures of racing 43 models of gardemeisters 1998 lancia on the copa liburna and also grossi's lancia on the 1994 copa liburna, i have the decals but no pictures of the car.
