Many people post poor quality stuff on the forum which doesn't warrant a warning. If that were the case I'd have to warn 90% of the members ;) :p

I only just cottoned onto the rep thing and now its gone already! Good idea but I can see how it would be misused. I see we can still give feedback rep which is good little mini-PM thing.
