Chris, I'm glad to hear your spring is going good. I'm never one to give up on a good thread, so here's more news from Phoenix Spring 1971.
According to Racing Pictorial, there were three other cars at Phoenix that do not appear on the results. Presumably they were too slow to qualify. One was Rick Muther in the #54 Adams Turbine but the other two are a puzzle to me.
First here's Bruce Walkup in the #98 Agajanian entry. Is this the Wolverine? It looks like the #98 from Indy 70 but also like the #97 from Indy 71. But the #97 from Indy 71 is said to be a Brabham!? I'm confused.

I have seen it list as a Spit-Fire after the sponsor and a Brabham which is probably the base for this car. But that just a guess.
