Definitely yes. If you are going to run a world class event, you have to do it at world class level. That means you have to have, among other things, enough people to control the crowds, ability to recognize the spots that will both attract large number of spectators and which are dangerous and by doing all that, minimize the risk of stage cancellation due to spectator problems. Sometimes it is a surprise, but in certain rallies it's more of a tradition than an exception (ref. San Remo or Portugal in 1980s were nightmares, same goes to Monte Carlo in places).Quote:

I will be unpopular but as we said for other drivers when it happened to them puncture is quite never unlucky. He may have took that bump too hard. It was there also for others. It's not like a stone in the road or something.
