It certainly looks like a full American broadcast in it's length. Hopefully like we had with Nasn. I'm still wondering what the catch is? Until I know more or see it on my screen I'm not assuming anything!
As far as i know the Open Acess channel is a free channel, although all i keep seeing is a key.
Basicly im just relaying info im reading on the digitalspy forum as theres quite an active thread on this subject.
Also a poster on there has just said its also confirmed by NASCAR on Twitter but i nothing about Twitter.
There is talk of a press release tomorrow so ill guess we'll know more then. great news by the looks of things!
It was confirmed on Twitter earlier todayQuote:

I followed the Daytona 500 via the members of the teams which were kindly tweeting the race (mainly the RCR guys and a few others) combined with the live timing screen. It was actually pretty good considering the lack of race visuals or sound, but I'd prefer the actual action in future!
its on! check your viewer listings sunday night on chennel 190. great stuff :)
I wonder if the part-owner of Michael Waltrip racing is behind the move to get NASCAR on UK TV again? If you recall he was in the Sky studios a couple of times last year and communicated with the show on a number of occasions during the last year.
I have nothing to back that up of course, just idle speculation....
NASCAR on Open Access 3 - Sky Channel 190, that is fantastic, live NASCAR without having to fork out for an extra subscription - happy days!!
