Btw will they homologate it again? How does it work now that it is just a face-lift and as Wilson said in an interview a lot of parts are changed to accommodate the revised cooling due to the changes of air-intake points.
In my view, the car in the video is not Fiesta WRC, but R5 with WRC rear wing. It's evident from the inside shots, because the steering wheel, steering column, driver display and control box are from R5 and not WRC...
can it be wrc with steering column and driver display from R5 :DQuote:

Won't next years Fiesta have the new 'face' and grill, the same as the new ST road car, and like the R5 car?? I'm sure I heard/read that this would be the case.
I think so. Earlier in the year I remember it was even planned to debut the car around Rally Finland. In the M-sport's facebook page a video was published with Neuville driving the R5 with the WRC wing titled "Ford Fiesta WRC 2014". Then again few days ago Wilson was thanking VW for letting them run with same spec car so not sure if they can change it cosmetically.Quote:

This is the reason I asked above whether anyone knows if the have to re-homologate the whole car (which is not possible as Ford is not officially involved any more) or whether that comes as one of the 'joker' upgrades they are allowed each year (total of 3 isn't it?)Quote:

Skoda tests been driven by Kopecky today.
According to the article from rallye-magazin.de (http://www.rallye-magazin.de/rallyes/wm ... index.html) R.Kubica had one day testing prior to Walles Rallye. Mikko and Dani on the other side nothing, zero !! Mikko is very frustrated...I can understand him, but I we are realistic-even with ten days testing he is not capable to fight against Ogier & JML (not to mention Dani ...)
I suspect, that Matton has already given up on both of them...they will receive after the end of Walles envelope, in which will be kindly explained, that Citroen Sport does not need their services anymore...
true.Quote:

It´s quite obvious that VW has an engine superior to the others. Status in MC compared to the opponents though remains to see.Quote:

Second video at around 20 sec... So nice handling. Full throttle until car goes back up on road. Not the speed we´ll see in Monte, for sure. This is beyond limits, but very very good driving from Seb O.Quote:

Another one from Ogier

He cant possibly have that pace during a whole rally and still be on podium. But very impressive drive!
Yes he can, but I'm afraid podium is not his targetQuote:

Not sure what has drawn you to this conclusion. Ogier has only ever been on the podium once for WRC at MC. Last year, when he came 2nd - which is best of the losers.Quote:
