You know what, it's actually a disgrace. And that's coming from a Neuville supporter.
No position change in top 10 since SS10 to the end (SS24), no position changes in top5 since SS8. It's quite unbelievable that no one did not have any dramas, punctures and/or technical issues during 2 full days which could cause position change damage. All dramas were done in Friday.

I think the punishment depends, how it was measured. If it was measured by rally control center by GPS, then it will be handled only by rally context. If it could be measured by police on public road, then "usual person" may end up in prison for some "think about it" day(s) and bye-bye for driving licence for long time. You also may have to re-do your driving licence exams. In short, FYI, don't mess with Estonian police :)
