Hyundai today is very different car than at end of 2019, takes just a few corners to see the massive difference. Last year when Loubet was running the 2019 spec you didn't even need a corner to see the difference a single braking was enough.
The question is obviously how far has the development gone. Yesterday in more "stable" conditions Tanak got 2/2 stage wins, while in Monza he did not get a single one. Today with more tricky stuff it might be that Hyundais sensitivity to perfect settings comes into play.
