Actual situation on SS 1: 0 km - 13 km wet, 13 km - 25 km snow, 25 km - 27 km wet with melted snow, 27 km - 37 km dry :D

Has something to do with the studded tires, every year u see that in MC and also in Jänner. The perfect explanation I don't have..

Typical Monte we know and love... different every few kms :)

Looks like a sticker to show whether or not the car is on studs or not - must be for the general public or police so they are easily identified. If I'm not wrong there has been rules about that in mountainous regions for ages, so that a car not on studs can keep extra braking distances.

You must have this sticker on the car, if you have studded tyres. And if there are no studded tyres, you should cross the sticker...
