A question to Jonkka :) Has someone ever before won a stage in his first start with WRC car like Bouffier did?
Here nice video, sorry if repost.

@Mirek: Ogier in GB 2008
In fact, it was his debut in a WRC car and the first time he ran in Wales. Besides, he won the first stage of the rally (SS2, since SS1 was cancelled). Sainz did the same in 1987 in Portugal winning the opening stage in his first WRC event. He even won another stage before the turbo failed on day 1 of the rally, so he had to retire.Quote:

Thanks to the spectators, the crew could continue with the rally. Thanks to the driver, we can watch the onboards from the ten different stages of the rally on his YT's channel: David JULIA - YouTube
For example, it's the first time that we can see a full onboard of St Nazaire:

Another crew driving a 206 got stuck in the same ditch as the C2 that I posted before. This is the video (those spectators were really busy): SORTIE 206 n°92 SUR ES6 SAINT BONNET LE FROID MONTE CARLO 2013 - YouTube

Couple of images further up the page which proves that Motorsport Photography and HDR do NOT mix.
At least not for action-photos... ;)Quote:

There is no need to invent anything. Narrow tyres fit with MC-style studs were normally used two weeks before Monte in FIA ERC Jänner Rally which is very similar event to RMC. There must be a will to allow these tyres. At least it's strange when in one FIA championship You can use them and in another not.
