Cannot avoid once you made your choice of 6 tyres.

Seems to me that Tänak was little bit surprised the others went so fast or that we was that slow
He must also up the pace a little otherwise the gap will melt down
Given his lead from Suninen and Neuville it was fine from Tanak. Better safe early on and push later.
I think that hards aren't needed for tomorrow
Warm moment for Thierry
Suninen and Evans pushing..
Even if they all took 6 hards there are still different strategies to use the tyres, quite interesting. Also fun speculation on the forum :D
Reminds me of when Ogier or Loeb would use the tyres a lot less and then gain time naturally as the others would have too worn tyres in the final part of the stage or leg.
I think Neuville need to go all-in on the next one. Suninen maybe goes to far already and Evans is too close behind.
Neuville dont care about Suninen, he just wants podium. So he has to hold Evans back
Tanak pushed as I said as his tyres were like new.
Why are Rally TV doing this break after Rally1 cars. Hope I find the Live broadcast again. But you have to start all over again... Man, crazy!
Edit: No broadcast whatsoever from Rally2 cars on SS11. Hey Rally TV what´s wrong with you????
Never seen before that Tanak has been asking for stage times from reporters..
But maybe it is because he finally feels that they are on pace with others(with Puma).
Rally2 field is getting quite interesting:

but no footage :/
Also Heller seems to bent steering arm
Based on maps, Munster is moving again.
Rovanperä is quite close behind.. potential dust problem
Not much he could do about it
Perfect tyre use by Tanak, going fastest on the last stage.
Oliver saved all for the last stage, so far outbursting Pajari...
I have no words how happy I am to see Tänak driving like that again
It’s been a long time. Shame the season turned out this way like it has been
Loooong time no see Tanak in that mood..
What an awesome rally and hopefully M-Sport and Tanak can finish it the same way!
Pajari loosing a lot of time, rear tires completely gone
And no stage end interview with Oliver, after beating Pjari with 49,6 secs... Are they completely out of their minds?
He is taking the lead with decent amount of seconds:burn:
Really, really bad of the promoter to don't show the wrc2 guys. What are they doing?

I heard someone mention (rumour?) that in 2024 media coverage could be split for Rally1 and Rally2, so rally2 manufacturers/ sponsors can get more coverage.
Perhaps a separate 'Rally2 show'. (At the moment the only coverage for some Rally2 competitors is if they have a spectacular crash which is probably not the coverage the manufacturers or sponsors are seeking.)
Munster got a 500eur fine - failed to acknowledge and respond to instructions sent via the FIA Safety tracking device in SS12 and impeded the progress of car nr 69.
HYUNDAI UNLIKELY TO ASK SUNINEN TO YIELD SECOND TO NEUVILLE
https://dirtfish.com/rally/wrc/hyund...d-to-neuville/
And they changed the results of ss12 also. Now Kalle gat +19.5 with a national time... WTF? This is rally, shit happens!
Using them like snowbanks! :)
They did break the broadcast after Pajari finished the stage 12. And totally missed Oliver. To see rest of the field you had to start up a new broadcast on Rally TV. Add to that the messy website and it took minutes to get to the new Rally2 broadcast. By then almost whole top field already was gone...
there is "the new Rally2 broadcast"? what is it, what I have missed?
One argument to this "mess" - maybe they had planned a bit more for Rally2 coverage and TV stage, but take into account, they changed interval to 4min - some minutes lost there. But, at the same time, at least 2 Rally1 cars are not driving...
